I was recently asked what I do for a living and my immediate response was, “I hold people's hands while they are buying or selling Real Estate”.  That is when I got clear on what I really do, help people achieve their goals!  
 
For the past 30 years marketing properties and while working with both buyers and sellers, I realize that you cannot sell someone something they don't want or need.  What I can do is help them through the process to a successful closing.
 
Whether you are buying or selling your first home, your dream home or need to short sale your home, it can be intimidating.  It's my nature to stay on top of the situation and make sure it closes.  I work hard and don't like to fail!  I exist to help you reach your goal!  I will hold your hand and take the fear out of the process.
